This season’s classes:

Celebrating with Holiday Recipes
Saturday, December 4th
10 a.m. – 3 p.m.   Cost:  $55

Holiday recipes are a little different than our regular cooking, laden as they often are with rich family history, or perhaps it is the time of year when we go all-out.  Or maybe you go against the grain and love to keep things simple during the holidays?

Join me for this special, slightly longer Saturday workshop.  Bring to class holiday recipes you plan to include in your cookbook, and bring one or two dishes you are testing. Our in-class writing will be inspired by holiday themes.

Every Recipe Tells a Story: Cookbook Writing Workshop

Have you ever wanted to write a cookbook?
Turn your own recipes into memoir – whether you’re writing a book for publication, or to preserve your family’s food history.

Cookbooks tell the story of a culture, a family, or reveal a particular passion - what's your angle? We will write in class, test student recipes, and help you develop your own cohesive theme.

Class runs for 6 consecutive Wednesday evenings, January 5 – February 9, 2011
6:30 – 9:30 p.m.   Cost:  $295

To register for either workshop or for more information contact Janice at info@janicecookknight.com,
or 805-884-0302
